  • For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation call may be required before dispatch.

Failure to confirm the order may result in cancellation.

4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days (may vary by city).

  • Delays due to courier service, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

  • Customers must provide correct and complete address details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6️⃣ Order Refusal & Cancellation

  • Customer is unreachable for confirmation.

  • Product is out of stock.

Repeated fake or refused Cash on Delivery orders may result in permanent restriction.
