At Usman Toys, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories

  • Be reported within 24 hours of delivery

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color difference due to screen display

  • Items damaged after use

  • Opened or used toys

  • Sale or discounted items

3️⃣ Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

  2. Share clear pictures and videos of the issue

  3. Wait for confirmation from our support team

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

For Cash on Delivery orders, fake or repeated refusal may result in future order restrictions.
